Do you want to create an educational questionnaire in which respondents can check their answers as they go?
Practice Mode Setup
First of all, clic on New Quiz.
When adding questions, be sure to indicate what the correct answer is.
Then in the Settings, activate Practice mode.

When collecting responses, if respondents answer the question incorrectly, they get the following message.
They have the option to see what the correct answer was by clicking Show Correct Answer.
However, when they answer a question correctly, they get the following message.
When the quiz is fully completed, respondents can see all the questions by clicking Recap questions.
They can see where they answered correctly. If not, what was the correct answer.
By clicking on Save my answer, respondents save their answers in their profile and can view them later.
