Your Teams conversation thread is full. You don’t know where to start? Show only unread chats.
When you use Teams chats a lot, the threads of conversation become intertwined. With all notifications, it is possible to miss a message received.
Don’t worry! It is possible to display only unread messages. To do this, go to the Chat module.
Then click on the filter button.
Click on the filter options.
Click Unread. Only unread messages will appear in your conversation thread.
