When starting up, Teams shows a notification but doesn’t open? Adjust its settings to make sure it actually appears on the screen.

After checking the startup apps in Windows settings, you see that Teams is enabled but no window opens?

Go to Teams Settings.

Then in the General section, uncheck Open application in background.

Now when Teams connects, it will open too.

If Teams still doesn‘t launch automatically, consider checking the apps that open by default in the settings.
